Manager - Accounts and Finance

Position Objective

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS for stakeholders.
• Analyze P&L and present it to management.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new and existing stores to assess profitability.
• Prepare and present business plans and budgets for the brand.
• Manage import payments related to purchasing.
• Track profitability of new-age stores.
• Present P&Ls to principals and act as the point of contact for business affairs.
• Perform breakeven analysis for loss-making stores to support business decisions.
• Track and authorize trade license and rent expenses for the brand.
• Analyze stock reports and authorize warehouse movements of smallwares and equipment.
• Prepare ad hoc reports based on customized requirements.

Requirements

• Experience driving annual business planning and budgeting for a brand.
• Ability to monitor performance, identify variances, and advise business leadership on corrective actions.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial statements and MIS for stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze P&L and present findings to management.
• Experience conducting feasibility studies for new and existing stores.
• Experience preparing business plans and budgets for presentation.
• Experience with import payments and purchasing-related finance activities.
• Experience analyzing stock reports and authorizing warehouse movements of smallwares and equipment.
