4‑year Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA designation or working towards.
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in financial reporting
Experience in managing a finance team
Advanced knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial reporting
Experience with financial systems and transaction processing technologies (AXIS preferred)
Working in an office environment with interruptions and competing priorities. This role is primarily in-office, based out of Thorold, ON.
Working at a computer for extended periods, including frequent use of financial systems.
Occasional work outside regular business hours may be required to support month-end and year-end close, audits, or other operational requirements.
