The Mid-Market Manager India at Atlassian oversees a team dedicated to acquiring and managing customers within the mid-sized business segment in our India region. This involves overseeing a team responsible for development and implementation of strategies customised to meet the specific needs of mid-market customers, nurturing relationships with key accounts . You will need to be based in India and can choose to work remotely, or join the team in our new office location in Bengaluru.

Leading and managing a team of mid-market account executives.

Developing and implementing plans and initiatives to penetrate and expand market share in the Asia focused mid-market segment.

Elevating the Atlassian brand in India through executive engagement and thought leadership at Atlassian hosted and industry events, and developing your team to do the same.

Analysing data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Managing key client relationships and participating in high-level negotiations and discussions as needed.

Providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the sales team to help them develop their skills and achieve their individual targets.

Setting performance goals and metrics for the sales team and monitoring their progress towards meeting these goals.

Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new members of the sales team as needed to support business growth objectives.

Collaborating with internal teams, Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to streamline processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to the sales team to drive continuous improvement.
