Directs the coordination of course scheduling, course offerings and space allocation for all academic programs administered by the CHS to ensure program requirements are fulfilled, courses are available for students and are conducted in appropriate spaces and rooms to optimize the student experience.

Responsible for the administrative management of program reviews (as required), as well as task forces and ad hoc committees.
Provides information, advice, reports and support to curriculum committees as required.
Works closely with the RO and the Provost Office throughout the admissions cycle to monitor and adjust when required to ensure enrolment targets for domestic, international and FMNI students are met each year, and TEE or other funding requirements are met.
Provides regular briefings to the College Dean, College Associate Dean Education and the Academic Director, BHSc on enrolment progress, provides recommendations and implements decisions.
