Overview

  • As a Management Trainee in Sales and Business Development, you will undergo a structured training program to develop skills in sales, business development, and market expansion.
  • You will work closely with the sales and business development teams to contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Market Research: Assist in identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Support the team in generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, emails, networking, etc.
  • Sales Support & Coordination: Assist in preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze sales data.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Training & Development: Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of sales techniques, CRM tools, market analysis, and product offerings.
