Overview
- As a Management Trainee in Sales and Business Development, you will undergo a structured training program to develop skills in sales, business development, and market expansion.
- You will work closely with the sales and business development teams to contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Market Research: Assist in identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Support the team in generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, emails, networking, etc.
