Role Details
Management Trainee role in the Civil or Mechanical Engineering function.
Department is Project / Operations.
The role is intended for freshers, interns, and candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
Location is determined by project or business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project and management teams with daily project and operational activities.
- Support planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of assigned project activities.
- Prepare reports, MIS materials, presentations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor activities, maintain records and drawings, and follow up for timely completion.
- Support quality, safety, productivity, compliance, training, inspections, and process improvement activities.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and progressively work independently.
Eligibility
- B.Tech or B.E. degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience may be considered.
