Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and business performance.
- Maintain sales, lead, conversion, revenue, and collection trackers.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from CRM systems and internal teams.
- Track team and individual sales performance against targets.
- Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review.
- Identify data discrepancies, trends, and performance gaps.
- Provide ad hoc reports and analysis for management.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, and Operations teams for accurate data.
