The Management Trainee Program will train highly motivated and qualified individuals to assume Plant Supervisor or higher management positions within the organization. The position requires solid mechanical and technical aptitudes. The position will also require strong communication and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree and/or relevant management experience. The candidate will train and work within ClarkDietrich's four core values; 1. Basic production worker job responsibilities
Machine Operation - Rollformers, Coil Slitter and Cold Mill Reduction
Forklift operation
Crane Operation
Machine product scheduling
Material resource planning
Supervision of Front-line production and logistics
