The Management Consulting Team at Teneo

  • Our Management Consulting division advises senior leaders on strategic issues that define the success of their organisations.
  • We combine rigorous analysis, commercial judgement and deep sector expertise with the broader capabilities of Teneo.
  • We work across a diverse range of sectors, including Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Leisure & Hospitality, Software, Transport and Telecom and Digital Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure and lead complex projects, working directly with a Managing Director.
  • Demonstrate a strong consulting skill set, leading complex analytical programmes, generating insight driven recommendations.
  • Develop recommendations from initial hypothesis through to refinement and validation.
  • Lead case teams on a day to day basis, including workload planning, delegation, coaching and development.
  • Lead and support business development activities, including identifying opportunities, developing thought leadership, preparing proposals, and participating client pitches.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
  • Lead client presentations and workshops, communicating complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
  • 10+ years' relevant experience in a Strategy, Management Consulting or a related advisory environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex client engagements and major strategic programmes.
  • Proven track record of leading consulting teams and delivering high quality client outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Experience developing and managing senior client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching and developing junior colleagues.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach to problem solving.
  • Experience supporting business development activities.
  • Experience working with public sector, or sovereign linked organisations.
  • Additional language capabilities at business communication level.
