This part-time hybrid role of Management Consultant at Psychology Club KSU is based in Sharjah and offers flexibility for some remote work.
The consultant will analyze organizational challenges, provide actionable insights, and design strategic solutions to improve processes and operations.
Core responsibilities include conducting financial assessments, refining business processes, and offering advisory support to optimize overall efficiency and decision-making within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
- Expertise in Management Consulting and Consulting to guide strategic decision-making and organizational improvement.
- Proficiency in Finance to perform budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning effectively.
- Experience with streamlining and improving Business Processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in consulting or advisory roles is considered an asset.
