Salary: QAR 32,000 per month

Job Overview

Pamodzi Consult is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Management Consultant to support clients in improving business performance, solving complex challenges, and driving strategic initiatives.

The role involves working closely with clients across industries to deliver data-driven insights and actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business processes, operations, and performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency, profitability, and growth
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and financial analysis
  • Lead or support consulting projects from planning through execution and delivery
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging business strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational transformation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
