Responsibilities
- Provide management consulting services to improve organizational processes and operational efficiency
- Develop, implement, and maintain management systems in compliance with ISO standards
- Lead and support preparation, execution, and follow up of internal and external ISO audits
- Review, develop, and update policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure ISO compliance
- Coordinate with certification bodies and external auditors throughout the audit lifecycle
- Conduct gap assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on ISO compliance and best practices
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management
- Monitor regulatory and industry developments related to quality, information security, and other management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline
- 5 8 years of professional experience in Management Consulting
- Strong practical knowledge of ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System)
- Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)
- Thorough understanding of ISO policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing the complete ISO audit lifecycle and coordinating with certification bodies
- Fluency in English, French, and Arabic (spoken and written)

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Management Consultant to support organizational excellence through the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of management systems in accordance with international ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide management consulting services to improve organizational processes and operational efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain management systems in compliance with ISO standards.
- Lead and support the preparation, execution, and follow up of internal and external ISO audits.
- Review, develop, and update policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards.
- Coordinate with certification bodies and external auditors throughout the audit lifecycle.
- Conduct gap assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on ISO compliance and best practices.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
- Monitor regulatory and industry developments related to quality, information security, and other management systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in Management Consulting.
- Proven hands on experience implementing and maintaining ISO management systems.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System).
- Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).
- Thorough understanding of ISO policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing the complete ISO audit lifecycle and coordinating with certification bodies.
- Fluency in English, French, and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 55001, ISO 10000 Series.
- Relevant ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer certifications are an advantage.
