This mid-level position requires a professional with proven competency in analyzing organizational processes and recommending improvements. Responsibilities: - Collect, review, and analyze data to make informed recommendations to the Government. - Define and assess the nature and extent of organizational problems. - Analyze relevant data, including financial performance, employment, cost schedules, and expenditures. - Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to gain insights. - Develop solutions to identified problems by understanding organizational nuances, internal dynamics, and relationships with external Government entities. - Prepare and solve mathematical models to aid in analysis. - Report findings and recommendations in written reports and oral presentations. - Collaborate with organizations during the implementation of proposed recommendations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience related to the labor category. - Competent skills in performing moderately complex tasks independently, with guidance for more complex assignments. - Proven capability to complete tasks on time to a satisfactory standard.
