Key Responsibilities

• Month-End Reporting: Accurately report operating expenditure/margin, recognising accruals and prepayments while adhering to deadlines. Provide analysis of expected and actual expenditure, ensuring alignment with budget expectations.

• Branch Financial Results: Ensure accurate reporting of regional branch financial results and correct allocation of costs across branch cost centres. Deliver variance analysis to Finance Business Partners and Regional staff.

• Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Complete monthly reconciliations with supporting documentation for accruals and prepayments. Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, capable of identifying trends and performing variance analysis.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic finance environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain financial results to stakeholders.
• A professional accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA).
• Timely production of deliverables in line with Group and internal deadlines.
• Accuracy of financial results and balance sheet.
