About the Opportunity
The Managed Services Delivery Manager owns end-to-end delivery of contracted managed services for assigned customers.
The role ensures safe, reliable, efficient delivery aligned with contracts, customer expectations, Ericsson governance, and business outcomes.
The role leads cross-functional teams across operations, service management, engineering, suppliers, and customer stakeholders.
Service Delivery Responsibilities
- Own governance for service performance, operational reviews, risks, issues, dependencies, and improvement plans.
- Act as the primary operational interface for customers.
- Lead customer, stakeholder, partner, and supplier governance forums.
- Ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, operational targets, financial commitments, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate incident, problem, change, and crisis-management activities.
- Drive improvement through automation, standardization, analytics, AI-enabled operations, and process optimization.
- Maintain readiness, resource alignment, competence coverage, and business continuity.
- Manage reporting, forecasting, risk mitigation, contract compliance, cost control, and delivery-margin improvement.
- Lead transition, transformation, expansion, renewal, and change initiatives.
