Responsibilities
- Drive growth and strategic initiatives, maximizing sales efficiency and revenue potential of Sales Associates
- Motivate and provide clear direction, priorities and communication to the team to achieve goals
- Manage P&L performance, monitor and assess inventory levels
- Enhance customer experience through building relationships and connecting them to the brand
- Address escalated customer inquiries
- Manage, coach, train and develop the sales team
- Maintain staffing schedules and respond to changes in business or traffic trends
- Ensure store standards are met (health and safety, product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping)
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of sales experience with a record of strong store sales
- Demonstrated leadership skills in motivating and developing a sales team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, time management and organizational skills
- Tech savvy; knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems, Zendesk or other help desk system, familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems (asset)
- Available to work days, evenings and weekends

As a Store Manager You Will
- Drive the growth and strategic initiatives as well as maximizing the sales efficiency and revenue potential of Sales Associates

- A strong business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and deliver a great customer service experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills in motivating and developing a sales team

- Ability to develop strong relationships and trust with both internally and externally
