Endy (a Sleep Country Canada brand) is seeking a Mall Store Manager to drive sales growth, manage P&L, and lead a team of Sales Associates at its Ottawa location. Requires 2+ years of sales experience and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and strategic initiatives as well as maximizing the sales efficiency and revenue potential of Sales Associates
- Motivate and provide clear direction, priorities and communication to the team so that goals and objectives are achieved
- Be responsible for the P&L performance, monitoring and assessing inventory levels
- Enhance the customer experience through building relationships and connecting them to our brand and brand values
- Address any escalated customer inquiries
- Manage, coach, train and develop the sales team and foster an environment of inspiration and empowerment
- Maintain staffing schedules and be responsive to any changes in business or traffic trends
- Ensure store standards are met (health and safety, product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping)
- Provide best in class customer experience, helping customers with their inquiries
Requirements
- At least 2+ years' sales experience, a record of strong store sales and demonstrated performance
- Excel in a team selling environment
- Ambitious, charismatic and passionate about people and sales
- A strong business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and deliver a great customer service experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills in motivating and developing a sales team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving time management and organizational skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships and trust with both internally and externally
- Tech savvy; knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems, Zendesk or other help desk system, familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems (asset)
- Available to work days, evenings and weekends
