Requirements
- Proven experience in mall/shopping centre or mixed use asset management
- Strong track record of tenant relationship management and lease negotiation
- Experience across operations, marketing, and commercial/leasing strategy
- Ability to manage stakeholders across ownership, retailers, and service providers
- UAE retail real estate experience highly advantageous but open to candidates willing to relocate

The Role
- You'll take ownership of the day to day performance of your asset(s), balancing operations, marketing, and critically driving leasing performance through strong, proactive tenant relationships.
- This isn't a back office role; you'll be on the ground, building relationships with retailers, identifying opportunities to improve footfall and NOI, and ensuring your centre(s) run seamlessly.
