Job responsibilities
- Monitor school entrances, exits, and premises to ensure the safety of students, staff, and visitors.
- Control access, verify identification, and maintain visitor records.
- Monitor CCTV and conduct regular security patrols.
- Support safe student arrival, dismissal, and vehicle movement.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and report security or safety concerns.
- Follow safeguarding, confidentiality, health, and safety procedures.
- Perform other security-related duties assigned by the line manager.
Desired candidate profile
- A valid SIRA licence is mandatory.
- Previous security experience is required, preferably in a school.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- The candidate should be alert, physically fit, polite, and responsible.
- The candidate must respond calmly and appropriately during emergencies.
- The candidate must be willing to work flexible hours when required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,400–1,500 per month.
Employment schedule
- The job is full-time and permanent.
- Flexible working hours may be required.
Work location
- Work is performed in person at the school.
