Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations and provide administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance analyses using Microsoft Excel
- Process customer orders, quotations, and purchase orders accurately and on time
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update product, pricing, and customer master data
- Track sales targets, promotions, and product performance
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
