Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain daily cash reports
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to promote clinic services
- Convert leads into booked appointments and treatment sales
- Maintain and update CRM and lead management systems
- Achieve monthly sales and appointment booking targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical reception, customer service, telesales, or healthcare sales
- Excellent English communication skills

Job Overview

Reception & Patient Coordination
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain daily cash reports.
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are organized and presentable at all times.
Telesales & Business Development
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
- Promote clinic services, treatment packages, and ongoing offers.
- Follow up on inquiries, consultations, and treatment plans.
- Convert leads into booked appointments and treatment sales.
- Maintain and update CRM and lead management systems.
- Build strong relationships with patients to encourage retention and repeat visits.
- Achieve monthly sales and appointment booking targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly telesales performance reports.
Qualifications
- Male candidate preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical reception, customer service, telesales, or healthcare sales.
- Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, slimming, dental, or medical clinic is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (ANY SECOND LANGUAGE is a plus).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
