Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, LPOs, and invoices
- Coordinate with suppliers for material inquiries and purchases
- Manage petty cash and company expenses
- Process payroll and assist with WPS
- Communicate with clients regarding payments and documents
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing
- Support monthly closing and prepare basic financial reports
- Assist in bank transactions and reconciliation
- Handle basic VAT documentation and filing
Requirements
- 2-4years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interior design or contracting experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
