About the Role

- Record daily income and expenses accurately
- Prepare customer invoices and issue receipts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions
- Maintain financial records and filing systems
- Process supplier payments and monitor outstanding balances
- Assist with monthly financial reports and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with management regarding budgets and financial performance
- Support external auditors and tax related documentation when required
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in automotive or garage industry is an advantage
- Arabic is a plus
