Siemens Buildings is looking for a Maintenance & Test Engineering Manager to lead and integrate maintenance, test engineering, and equipment support activities within the manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring high equipment availability, reliable test processes, strong technical support for production, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance & Test Engineering Manager will partner closely with Operations, Production Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, strengthen test capabilities, and support safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing operations.
Lead the Maintenance and Test Engineering teams, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and alignment with site operational goals.
Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve overall equipment reliability.

Manage test engineering support for manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting, test station performance, fixture readiness, software/hardware support, and production issue resolution.

Lead, mentor, and develop team members by building technical capability, strengthening ownership, improving communication, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
