Maintenance & Test Engineering Manager

• Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, test engineering, manufacturing engineering, or technical operations within a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to demonstrate: Leadership experience, including managing technical teams, developing talent, delegating effectively, and driving performance Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, test systems, troubleshooting methods, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis Ability to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and implement sustainable process improvements Experience supporting production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into clear action plans Proactive, accountable leader with strong project execution skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

• Written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate technical topics clearly to operators, engineers, and leadership
• Available to work on-site, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to support urgent operational needs when required
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience leading both maintenance and test engineering functions in a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, and controls systems
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, test fixtures, electrical test equipment, functional test systems, and manufacturing software tools
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with SAP, CMMS systems, maintenance planning tools, Power BI, or other data analytics platforms
• Knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout, equipment risk assessments, and manufacturing compliance requirements
• Experience supporting capital projects, equipment installations, process validations, and new product introductions

• The pay range for this position is $112,669 - $193,147 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
