Problem-solving and diagnosing maintenance issues.

Respond to tenant maintenance requests and communicate timelines clearly.
Maintain tools, parts, and supplies inventory.
Ensure equipment is safe and in working condition.
Maintain general property upkeep including common areas and minor repairs (painting, patching, fixtures).
Coordinate with contractors for specialized work when required.
Support overall building condition and tenant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance, residential construction, or interior finishing.
Experience in residential property management is preferred.
Hands-on experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
High school diploma required.
Trade school preferred.
Class 5 Power Engineering ticket is an asset (not required).
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between buildings.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, moving appliances, prolonged standing/walking).
Basic understanding of boilers.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to use or learn property management systems (e.g., Yuhu or similar).
