A highly skilled Maintenance Technician – Mechanical responsible for maintaining mechanical equipment to ensure effective plant operations and safety compliance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance
- Skills:
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance
• Root Cause Analysis
- Equipment reliability
- Teamwork and communication
- Technical: Hands-on experience with rotating equipment, hydraulic systems, conveyors, and HVAC systems
Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and determine root causes.
- Execute maintenance work orders and schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance for operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production teams on technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records in CMMS/SAP.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and food safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Familiarity with SAP or CMMS systems preferred.
