The Maintenance Technician perform general maintenance work in BHA owned and managed properties.
This includes building exteriors, common areas, apartments, building systems, fixtures, and grounds.
Our Building Operations Techs are required to participate in the on-call rotation, which covers night and weekend emergencies.
Current rotation is once every 6-7 weeks.
This position is an in-person in Burlington, VT.
A valid driver’s license is required to fill carry out the duties of this position
