Use hand tools and power tools to install, set up, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment, material handling equipment, and building systems.

Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.

Perform scheduled maintenance of production equipment.

Conduct repair and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repair and maintenance of production machines.

Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

Interpret blueprints and/or schematics for assigned equipment.

Ensure compliance with applicable environmental and safety laws, regulations, and policies.

Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.

Assist in maintenance of facility systems and utilities.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 75 lbs.

Work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.

Work in a sitting, kneeling, or crouching position continuously for up to 2 hours.

Use non-powered tools to tighten or loosen fasteners.

Climb, descend, and stand on ladders and stairs.

Willing to work with and around cleaning chemicals and oily parts
