Requirements
- Technical diploma or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Maintenance Technician in luxury hospitality
- Hands on knowledge of MEP, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and building maintenance
- Good English communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

About the Role
- We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the day to day maintenance and upkeep of our venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the venue remains safe and fully operational.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow health and safety standards.
- Support pre opening and operational maintenance requirements as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Technical diploma or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician within luxury hotels, lifestyle restaurants, beach clubs, or hospitality venues.
- Hands on knowledge of MEP, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and general building maintenance systems. Experience in pool maintenance is an added advantage.
- Good experience in preventive maintenance and planning.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proficient in maintenance reporting systems.
- Good English communication skills.
- Can work in highly busy operation.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast paced hospitality environment.
