About the Role
Salco Woods Industry LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their manufacturing team in Dubai Industrial City. The role involves operating and maintaining press machines, supervising laborers, performing repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Supervises all the press laborers’ performance and trains them.
- Sets and operates the press machines in adherence to quality and safety rules and regulations.
- Performs various production duties as assigned.
- Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials.
- Repairs faulty machinery and damaged structures.
- Implements preventative maintenance procedures.
- Assists in the setup of ventilation, heating, and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality, and conduct repairs when necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma/Technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in machinery maintenance
- Must have knowledge in mechanical parts (rotating shafts, bearings, gaskets, pumps...)
- Prefer to have knowledge in electrical components (VFD, contactors, relays, sensors, motors...)
- Able to track and keep records of spare parts inventory
- Languages: English, Hindi is a plus
- Driving license is a plus

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Moves items from place to place, according to direction from the Operation Supervisor.
- Repairs faulty machinery and damaged structures.
- Implements preventative maintenance procedures.
- Assists in the setup of ventilation, heating, and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality, and conduct repairs when necessary.
Requirements/Qualifications
