Electrical Work
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and fixtures in compliance with safety standards.
- Inspect and test electrical components and systems to identify issues.
- Troubleshoot faults and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical panels, switches, and lighting systems.
- Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns.
Carpentry Work
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain wooden structures, doors, cabinets, and partitions.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials as per specifications.
- Repair and refurbish wooden furniture and fixtures.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all woodwork.
Painting Work
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, filling, priming).
- Apply paint, varnish, or finishes using appropriate tools.
- Ensure proper color matching and quality finishing.
- Repair and retouch painted surfaces.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance work (electrical, carpentry, and painting).
- Valid UAE driving license (manual) – mandatory.
- Good knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle emergency breakdowns.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work under pressure when required.
