Prepare surfaces for painting and ensure proper adhesion
Expertise in matching paint colors accurately
Repair and paint stucco on buildings and walls
Maintain and repair tot lot equipment through painting
Repair, repaint, and install signs as needed
Strip paint and repaint various community elements
Repair and paint fences and gates
Unclog drinking fountains, sinks, toilets, showers, and drains
Diagnose and repair leaks and malfunctioning toilets
Repair light fixtures and ensure they are functioning correctly
Replace light bulbs and switch plates as needed
Lighting timer and photocells
Repair doors, doorknobs, and hinges
Assist with additional maintenance tasks as assigned, ensuring the overall upkeep of the
building
Daily mechanical readings, regular preventative maintenance, daily reporting and logs
Inspection of Boilers, Fans, Heat Pumps, Colling Towers, Water Treatment, and Chillers
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of the safe practices, methods, tools, and materials of the maintenance industry
Technical training or certification in a relevant field is a plus but not required
General office equipment.
