Experience
- 2 years' work experience in an automated industrial manufacturing facility is preferred (ideally, doing maintenance related work with packaging and/or processing equipment).
- Thorough knowledge of: Use and repair of motor controls, sensors, and gearboxes Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting Basic principles of industrial maintenance Use and repair of mechanical & conveying systems
- Use and repair of motor controls, sensors, and gearboxes
- Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting
- Basic principles of industrial maintenance
- Use and repair of mechanical & conveying systems
- Working knowledge of: Industrial safety, machine safety and safeguarding techniques Basic industrial math applications, principles and reasoning to solve problems Basic principles of combustion
- Industrial safety, machine safety and safeguarding techniques
- Basic industrial math applications, principles and reasoning to solve problems
- Basic principles of combustion
- High school or GED: (High school courses in math, mechanical drawing and/or shop)
- 2 years Technical or vocational training preferred
