Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance, handle complaints, and attend breakdowns across outlets.
- Troubleshoot and repair freezers, chillers, cold rooms, HVAC units, and pizza ovens.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.
- Maintain logs, service reports, and equipment checklists.
- Coordinate with store teams and the maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks.
- Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or QSR maintenance.
- Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment repair.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
Pay
- From AED 12.52 per month.
