Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day maintenance requests for apartments.
- Perform general electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, and basic repair work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and regular apartment inspections.
- Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard.
- Keep maintenance tools and equipment in good condition.
Requirements
- Experience level stated in the source listing: 1–3 years.
