Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Requirement and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 -5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required. Extrusion Equipment is a PLUS!
• Strong Problem-Solving Ability: Able to diagnose equipment issues logically, identify root causes quickly, and choose effective solutions under time pressure.
• Attention to Detail: Careful, precise, and thorough when performing repairs, documenting work, and following safety procedures.
• Safety-First Mindset: Consistently prioritizes safety, follows LOTO procedures, anticipates hazards, and ensures repairs are done safely.
• Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly with operators, supervisors, engineering, and team members --both verbally and in writing.
• Adaptability & Learning Agility: Comfortable learning new equipment, technologies, and processes; adjusts quickly to changing priorities and unexpected breakdowns.
• Customer Service Mindset: Treats production and operations teams as internal customers.
