Requirements
Associate’s degree in Mechanical Science or related field, or equivalent experience
1–2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting skills
Intermediate knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work
Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and use of hands and arms
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Capable of climbing, balancing, and working in varied physical positions
Adequate vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, and focus adjustment)
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and moderate to loud noise
Occasional work at heights
Ability to travel locally up to 25% and operate a motor vehicle
Ability to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM), Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays)
