Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support our production operations by ensuring maximum equipment uptime through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

This role is critical in minimizing downtime, improving efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.

The Maintenance Technician will work closely with machine operators and manufacturing supervisors to quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment failures and production interruptions.
• Diagnose, modify, lubricate, and operate equipment while maintaining industrial control systems.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely and safe repairs.
• Complete and report all repairs at the end of the shift, including required documentation of parts and material usage.
• Follow plant safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ensure facilities and production equipment are maintained in a safe and efficient working condition.
• Perform setup, startup, shutdowns, maintenance repairs, and PMs on production equipment.
• Utilize a wide variety of machine tools and equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
