As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing production and facility equipment
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
• Installing, relocating, and setting up equipment
• Supporting production by assisting with equipment setup and training operators
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Working with PLC-controlled equipment (experience with PLCs and ladder logic is a plus)
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records
• Following all safety, quality, and GMP standards
• Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime

✔ High school diploma or GED ✔ Maintenance apprenticeship, technical training, or equivalent experience ✔ Experience with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems ✔ Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills ✔ PLC troubleshooting experience preferred ✔ Basic computer skills ✔ Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)

🕕 12-hour rotating 2/2/3 schedule (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next)

Day Shift Hours 6A-6P Night Shift Hours 6P-6A (Night Shift receives a $1.50/hr shift differential) Overtime available as needed to support production.
