Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications: Industry recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing Engineering. To be Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Project) and IOSH Managing Safely. Experience of working in a MoD and/or military environment and PFI would be an advantage.

Experience: Proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team to set and drive standards to achieve goals. Experience in maintenance management within the facilities management sector and Safe Systems of Work.

Skills: Be proactive, versatile, and skilled at prioritising tasks and managing time, with a solid understanding of commercial acumen. Strong communication, customer service and leadership skills. A team player with the ability to work well with others and maintain positive relationships within the team, across the business, and externally. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills enabling effective management of work programmes and maintenance records and data.

Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
