Role overview
Lead maintenance operations and reliability performance across a fast-paced manufacturing site.
Report to the Site Manager and support safe, efficient production line operation.
Build a proactive maintenance culture focused on reliability, safety, and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead site maintenance activities, contractors, and maintenance trades.
- Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage SAP PM or CMMS systems, maintenance schedules, and work orders.
- Lead root cause analysis and breakdown investigations.
- Support planned shutdowns, changeovers, and equipment commissioning.
- Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and OEE.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and contractor performance.
- Lead safety, compliance, and continuous improvement programs.
Candidate requirements
- Hold a trade or engineering qualification in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Have maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment such as FMCG, food, packaging, pharmaceuticals, or personal care.
- Have experience managing maintenance teams and contractors.
