About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor will provide supervision and support for the 3 rd Shift 4:30 PM to 2:00 AM . Position reports to Maintenance Manager. Direct Reports to this position are Maintenance Mechanic Technicians.
What You’ll Do
Comply with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.
Perform all monitored Maintenance Duties according to our Maintenance Preventive Program.
In charge for scheduling the daily maintenance of the plant.
Special repair requests
Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
Generate disciplinary actions to the employees and inform manager as soon as possible.
Fill any position in the absence of a mechanic or lubricator.
Enforce all safety procedures.
Other areas and/ or machinery that is maintained on a periodic basis.
