Maintenance Supervisor – Residential Building Operations
Basera Properties is looking for a proactive and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and the overall technical condition of residential buildings under management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple residential properties
- Coordinate technicians, contractors, and AMC providers
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works
- Ensure proper operation of MEP systems, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and common areas
- Conduct regular inspections and identify technical issues
- Follow up on repairs, service requests, and maintenance schedules
- Maintain maintenance records and reports
- Ensure properties are maintained in good operational and visual condition
Requirements
- Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or property operations in the UAE
- Experience with residential buildings or property management companies in Dubai
- Familiarity with AMC coordination and preventive maintenance planning
- Good understanding of general building systems and maintenance processes
- Ability to manage contractors and follow up independently
- English required; Hindi/Urdu would be an advantage
- UAE driving license preferred
