This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance of our fleet of refuse collection vehicles, heavy equipment, support vehicles, and related assets.
The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership to technicians, manages preventive maintenance programs, oversees repairs, controls maintenance costs, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners closely with Operations to maximize fleet uptime and reliability.
