Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to drive equipment reliability and maintenance performance at its Essex Junction, VT manufacturing site. The role leads a team of Maintenance Technicians and partners with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities
- Lead and promote a culture focused on achieving zero injuries
- Drive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Warehouse teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts to eliminate recurring issues
- Lead the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Support and sustain TPM, standardized work, layered process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in food or beverage production
- Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP, MES, InfinityQS, or similar platforms preferred
- Knowledge of TPM and Lean manufacturing principles preferred

Job Overview
- As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving equipment reliability and overall maintenance performance at our Spartanburg manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and promote a culture focused on achieving zero injuries.
- Conduct safety observations, audits, and training while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and LOTO requirements.
- Deliver best in class performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
- Drive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Warehouse teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts to eliminate recurring issues and improve OEE.
- Support and sustain TPM, standardized work, layered process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and maintain a highly engaged team of 10+ Maintenance Technicians.
- Provide leadership support through maintenance planning meetings, business unit reviews, leadership meetings, and employee communication forums.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably within food or beverage production.
- Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
- Experience working with vendors and consultants to improve manufacturing performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP, MES, InfinityQS, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data analysis and manufacturing performance metrics.

Shift and Schedule
