Job Overview

  • As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving equipment reliability and overall maintenance performance at our Spartanburg manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and promote a culture focused on achieving zero injuries.
  • Conduct safety observations, audits, and training while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and LOTO requirements.
  • Deliver best in class performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
  • Drive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Warehouse teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts to eliminate recurring issues and improve OEE.
  • Support and sustain TPM, standardized work, layered process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain a highly engaged team of 10+ Maintenance Technicians.
  • Provide leadership support through maintenance planning meetings, business unit reviews, leadership meetings, and employee communication forums.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably within food or beverage production.
  • Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Experience working with vendors and consultants to improve manufacturing performance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP, MES, InfinityQS, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and manufacturing performance metrics.

  • Targeted annual compensation range of $70,500 $90,000.

Shift and Schedule

  • N2 | 5:55pm – 6:16am Friday Sunday and alternating Thursdays. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required as scheduled.
