Minimum 5 years experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing facility
Minimum 2 years experience leading staff or sub-contractors in the area of facility or equipment repairs
Previous experience working with government inspectors (for equipment, facility, safety and air quality facets)
Training courses in related Health and Safety
First Aid & CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills, including conflict management of staff
