About the Role
Greystar seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the community meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities
- Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests for service, diagnosing and making repairs
- Oversee and complete the 'make ready' process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move ins
- Develop standards for cleanliness and overall appearance of the community's grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and common areas
- Periodically inspect work performed by other service team members and contractors to assess effectiveness and quality
- Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials
- Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual
- Assist Community Manager in developing the budget for regular repair and maintenance and capital projects
- Support cost cutting and expense control programs
- Conduct regularly scheduled Greystar safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety laws
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect and responding sensitively to complaints
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training
- Experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on the property
- Ability to provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law

Compensation
- Hourly range: $30.00 $32.00 per hour
- Eligible for weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs
