The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jeddah, with some work-from-home flexibility based on business needs.
The role oversees day-to-day maintenance operations for equipment, facilities, and systems.
Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance and repair activities.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate resources and materials.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance and maintain work-order and equipment-history records.
- Support technical troubleshooting, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with departments and vendors.
- Help minimize downtime and improve asset reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills and experience with equipment maintenance and maintenance and repair.
- Experience planning and executing preventive maintenance programs.
- Solid troubleshooting ability and knowledge of safety and compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, maintenance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications are advantageous.
- Facility management, airport, security systems, or related service-industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to use maintenance management software and basic computer applications.
