How You Will Do It
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
Coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.
Plan and prioritise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
Monitor maintenance performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliability.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Support root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime and improve asset performance.
Manage contractor activities and ensure compliance with site procedures.
Maintain accurate maintenance records through the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and cost reduction.
Required:
Proven experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory position within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance principles.
