Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure the reliable operation of bakery production equipment and facility systems.
- The successful candidate will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and reduce production downtime.
- Manage maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and work schedules.
